Through ritual, mindfulness, and paddleboarding, participants embark on a transformative journey of gratitude, healing, and connection with the elements and the divine. What you will experience: Intention Setting: - Gather on the shores of a beautiful beach on Lake Ontario, surrounded by the beauty of nature. The ceremony begins with a brief introduction to the spiritual significance of water and how we can use it for deep healing, setting the stage for a meaningful experience. - You will be invited to set personal intentions for the ceremony, reflecting on what you wish to release, receive, or manifest in your life. Sharing Circle: Gather in a circle as we share our experiences, insights, and intentions. This sharing circle allows for open and heartfelt dialogue, fostering deeper connections and a sense of mutual support within the group. Water Meditation Journey: You will be guided on a deep journey to connect with the calming and clarifying element of water, deep breathing, body awareness, deep relaxation and inner peace. Water Blessing Ritual: - You will each receive a ceremonial vessel to offer your intentions, prayers, or blessings into the water. - Create your own beautiful garland of flowers using natural elements and participate in a heartfelt ceremony on the water, symbolizing your intentions and blessings. This unique experience combines creativity, mindfulness, and a deep connection with nature. Paddleboarding and Elemental Connection: - You will embark on a guided paddle boarding journey on the water. The act of paddling becomes a symbolic gesture of flowing with the currents of life, surrendering to divine guidance, and embracing the ebb and flow of existence. - Along the paddleboarding route, moments of silent reflection, mindfulness and gratitude are encouraged, allowing you to absorb the beauty of nature, the soothing sounds of water, and the blessings received during the ceremony.
