Here is your chance to be introduced to the world of Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) in the warmth and safety of an indoor pool. Our introductory class will focus on giving you a solid foundation for your future SUPing endeavors in a FUN and safe manner. Each lesson is led by a certified PaddleFit Coach where we will cover safety, basic gear knowledge, kneeling, standing up and proper paddling technique. You will need to be comfortable in the water and able to swim. You do not need to have any prior paddling experience to take this course.
Stand Up Paddle Board Fitness Classes
Here is your chance to be introduced to PaddleFit and it's training program through our FUN and challenging fitness classes in the safety and comfort of an indoor pool. Using a tethered SUP board as your floating platform, a certified PaddleFit Coach will introduce creative ways to improve your fitness through core strengthening, endurance and balance exercises. This class will give you a taste of the benefits of training on water, freshen up your training routine or get you started on a path to better fitness. Classes are designed to be accommodating of all skill levels. Most importantly it is FUN!
